Following their signing with management firm Susquehanna Entertainment and the re-release of their full-length debut, All Or Nothing Pan.a.ce.a unleashed We the Broken, in October, 2009. The highly anticipated and critically acclaimed album includes 13 tracks and was produced by Bret Alexander and includes some intense yet melodic rock.

For several years, Pan.a.ce.a has consistently been crowned the number one original rock act in Northeast PA and have shared the stage with such acts as Alice in Chains, Velvet Revolver, Breaking Benjamin, 10 Years and Rev Theory and Hinder.
